Key in the voucher code at the field “Voucher Code” and click “Add” in your Shopping Cart page before proceeding to check out. Please note that we are unable to manually apply the voucher code to your order if you have missed keying it during check out. Kindly ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchase.

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received.

Once you place your we will reach out to you using the details provided on purchase to track your order. We ship orders as soon as they're received from you - Same Day Delivery apart from Sundays or advised otherwise by our team.

Yes, we do ship orders outside Nairobi and all major towns. For all orders outside Nairobi and Kiambu county, the deliveries will arrive between 24 - 72 hours.

All deliveries charges are calculated and displayed depending on your location of delivery, while placing the order on the check out page.

The exchange policy applies to the delivery of wrong item, product doesn't meet the customers expectation etc. An item is eligible for return within 7 days, any return past the timeline an exchange is not applicable unless you had reached it prior explaining the difficulty to meet the exchange threshold.
