Exchange policy
The exchange policy applies to the delivery of wrong item, product doesn't meet the customers expectation etc. An item is eligible for return within 7 days, any return past the timeline an exchange is not applicable unless you had reached it prior explaining the difficulty to meet the exchange threshold.
How do i report or trigger an exchange?

Refund Policy
Unfortunately we do not offer cash refunds unless the item ordered is out of stock. If unsatisfied with the item delivered, we will exchange it.
